Our Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough is handcrafted using a naturally fermented starter, then generously filled with sharp cheddar cheese and fresh jalapeños for the perfect balance of savory warmth and rich flavor. Slow fermentation gives this loaf its signature depth, while baking creates a golden, crackly crust and a soft, flavorful crumb studded with melty cheese in every bite.

It’s bold without being overpowering and perfect when toasted with butter, served alongside chili or soup, or used for next-level grilled cheese and sandwiches.

Each loaf is baked to about 700g, with natural variations from loaf to loaf.
